• Manipulate the Battlefield: Construct expandable Barrier towers directly on the enemy's route to create custom choke points and winding mazes. Build your most powerful offensive towers on top of these Barriers, creating deadly islands of destruction in places the enemy least expects.
• An Ever-Changing Labyrinth: The battlefield is not static. On later waves, the ground itself can rupture, carving new paths for your foes to exploit. Even your vanquished enemies can blast open new routes upon death, forcing you to adapt your strategy on the fly or witness your perfect defense crumble.
• Deep Tactical Combat: Every tower and enemy belongs to an archetype, creating a complex system of strengths and weaknesses. Use powerful Energy towers to melt the defenses of Armored brutes, unleash Elemental towers to expose Ethereal phantoms, and deploy Explosive cannons to decimate Swarms.
• Embrace the Blood Lust: When the last enemy of a wave falls, you have a choice. Wait for a reprieve, or unleash the next horde early to activate Blood Lust, a high-risk, high-reward state that grants you powerful economic bonuses for the coming onslaught.
